Puff pastry recipe and extra info

Puff Pastry:
Ing:
Flour 250g
Salt to taste
Lime juice 1/2 no.
Chilled water as reqd
Margarine (Lilly Brand) 150g
Extra info:
1. Add Red wine (a little) in the ingredients list of Tian of exotic veg.
2. balsamic vinegar: Rs 395/500ml
3. red wine: Rs 150/750ml
4. Rich cream: Rs 309/2 kgs
5. Parmesan cheese: Rs 980/kg
6. Margarine (Lilly Brand): Rs 1000/15 kgs
