Puff pastry recipe and extra info
Puff Pastry:
Ing:
Flour 250g
Salt to taste
Lime juice 1/2 no.
Chilled water as reqd
Margarine (Lilly Brand) 150g
Extra info:
1. Add Red wine (a little) in the ingredients list of Tian of exotic veg.
2. balsamic vinegar: Rs 395/500ml
3. red wine: Rs 150/750ml
4. Rich cream: Rs 309/2 kgs
5. Parmesan cheese: Rs 980/kg
6. Margarine (Lilly Brand): Rs 1000/15 kgs

Cocktails Part1- the way we clubbed together and the print of the same needs to be pasted in journal.Part 2 is coming soon.
Guidelines for classification- Try to trim page 15 out of dis pdf file, the important portion commences from page 16 onwards.But even page 1 to 14 is worth giving a glance at.
Cocktail recipes- same as on intranet wid d same password tequilasunrise, try to take pictures from it for the journal.
